Belted Galloway Foundation Cookbook for Sale

The Belted Galloway Foundation Cookbook is a collection of 155 recipes from Beltie folks all over this country and beyond.

Each copy sold supports our youth through the Chatfield Scholarships that we award each spring. Annually, three individuals are awarded $1,000 scholarships.

Cookbooks are $12 each, including shipping.
