OK HILLS FARM

7820 South Redland Road
We are a small registered black and white Belted Galloway breeder. We have a small herd (15-20)and usually sell most of our calves. We prefer a small herd so we can be around them on a daily basis. We believe a small herd allows us to get to know them. And they trust us because of the daily interaction. That makes the cattle easier to work. And they are easier for a new owner to handle as well. Feel free to contact us or visit our farm. We love our Belties and enjoy sharing stories of this wonderfully docile, intelligent breed.

DOUBLE T TWO RANCH
J & N RANCH
When we became acquainted with Belted Galloways we fell in love with them. We were so impressed by the uniqueness, beauty and the robust heartiness of this breed of cattle, we knew immediately these were the cattle we would like to raise. The mothers calve easily, give copious milk, and are protective. Most Beltie breeders select for rapid growth, mature size, and grain-conversion efficiency. While we at West Point appreciate these standard criteria, they are no more important for us than conformation, rugged durability, ease in calving, and mothering ability. We promote natural selection for strength and character. We are a very modest operation dedicated to maintaining a small number of high quality fullblood Belties. Fullblood cows and calves usually available. Visitors welcome.
Ledgestone Farms is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country just north of San Antonio and west of Austin. We currently maintain a small herd of full blood black Beltie cows. After several years of studying this breed we knew their beauty, gentle disposition, & hardiness was exactly what we were after. Our girls have all proven to be great mothers with excellent milk and nurturing skills. Our sometimes rugged weather conditions have been no issue for these cows. They have been healthy easy keepers even through our tough summers. With occasional supplemental hay, they have maintained healthy weights and given us strong healthy calves. We welcome visitors and encourage newcomers to this breed. Our goal is to promote this breed and raise quality beef cattle.
MOORE'S CROSSING RANCH
Our ranch objective is to selectively breed for animals well suited to the rigorous climate and range conditions of Texas and the southwest. Our cattle are good natured and gentle but they are serious range animals, not pets. Jim is a semi retired veterinarian and we have four generations of Texas ranching experience on over 1400 acres. Speeding the transition of Belted Galloways from novelty to quality carcass production in "real" range conditions is our goal. We have animals for sale from time to time.
SOUTHERN ROSE RANCH
Welcome to the Ranch! Where a new calf and a good rain are always welcome. As an established Bed & Breakfast in the Brenham/Chappell Hill area and small breeder of registered Belted Galloways, we have calves and prospective calves sired by Hide-A-Way Hill TX Ranger. Our small storybook ranch is located in the rolling hills of Washington County and our cattle graze on pasture and quality hay. We also have horses and chickens which make the Beltie's gentle disposition ideal for great pasture dynamics between all the animals. Our guests love to see the Belties grazing in the pasture. Please visit our website or come visit us. We will post in the classifieds when we have cattle available.
